  1. These are all things I have incorporated in my life over the past few years. The one that made the biggest difference is also seemingly the smallest, which us change how we speak to ourselves. I used to speak harshly and very unkindly to myself, which had a terrible domino effect of spiraling me down into depression and anxiety. Changing that one thing was massive!
