Who’s behind Mind Patch?

I’m Maja, a certified transformation life coach with two decades of experience creating online content focused on personal growth. I created Mind Patch to bring you practical tools that support real, grounded change – especially when life feels heavy or overwhelming.
I’ve built my knowledge through a mix of formal study and self-directed learning, including university-level coursework and certified programs in psychology, trauma-informed approaches, and well-being.
I don’t offer quick fixes or tell you who to become. I offer support that helps you understand yourself better, so you can make choices that feel right for you.
