Who’s behind Mind Patch?

I’m Maja, Mental Health Educator, with two decades of experience creating online content focused on personal growth. I’ve built my knowledge through a mix of formal study and self-directed learning, including university-level coursework and certified programs in psychology, trauma-informed approaches, and well-being.
I don’t offer quick fixes or tell you who to become. I created Mind Patch to bring you practical tools and support, without adding more overwhelm.
